Summary of Specifications:
The Appraiser will appraise, and deliver to the Morris County Agriculture Development Board, 30 Schuyler Place, 4th Floor, Morristown, New Jersey with a mailing address of: The County of Morris, Courthouse, P.O. Box 900, Morristown, New Jersey 07963-0900, one (2) original copies and one electronic CD copy in PDF format of a written appraisal of such parcel of land(s), block, or lot(s), or portion thereof, as is set forth and otherwise described in EXHIBIT C attached hereto. All values used as appraised shall be as of August 31, 2015, unless instructed otherwise by the County of Morris.
The appraisal shall conform in all respects with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 4:1c-11 et seq., the Agriculture Retention and Development Act (the Act), and shall determine the current overall value of the parcel for non-agricultural purposes, as well as the current market value of the parcel for agricultural purposes, pursuant to the requirements of the Act, with particular reference to N.J.S.A. 4:1c-31c, and in accordance with the Regulations promulgated at N.J.A.C. 2:76-6 et. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 2:76-17 et. seq., as such Act and regulations may be amended from time to time.
