CC 17-75 - 2018 Community Based Funding Applications

Interested Morris County Service Providers: the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders is announcing the availability of Year 2018 funding for the following:
 
                Grant-In-Aid (GIA) Senior Support (formerly Peer Grouping)
                Grant-In-Aid (GIA)
                Child Abuse Prevention (CAP)
                Social Services for the Homeless (SSH)
                State/Community Partnership – Juvenile Justice Funding
                Chapter 51 – Alcohol/Drug Treatment and Prevention
                Area Plan Contract Funding
 
Area Plan Funds are available for the following services:
Care Management, Housekeeping Assistance, Assisted Transportation, Respite Care, Information and Assistance, Personal Care, Legal Assistance, and Public Awareness/Information.
 
Additional services identified as priorities include:  Friendly Visiting, Telephone Reassurance, Adult Protective Services, Money Management, and Outreach.
