The Morris County Park Commission (MCPC) is seeking proposals and qualifications to provide professional surveying services for projects at various locations throughout the Morris County park system.
The Morris County Park Commission requires the services of fully qualified consulting land surveyors who are authorized to provide such land surveying services within the State of New Jersey and which employ New Jersey licensed land surveyors.
The land surveyors are to have extensive land surveying experience involving Topographic Surveys, Control Surveys, Property Boundary Surveys, NJ DEP Green Acres Surveys, as well as other common types of surveys. The land surveying work will include the surveying of various lands on an as needed individual engagement basis throughout the Morris County Park Commission park system and may involve real property acquisition, boundary and topographic surveying. Properties to be surveyed may involve lands associated with the New Jersey State programs such as Green Acres, Farmland Preservation, Historic Preservation, as well as other programs.
