OPERATION OF FOOD CONCESSION
AT THE FRELINGHUYSEN ARBORETUM
 
 
The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations to operate a food concession at The Frelinghuysen Arboretum, 353 East Hanover Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey.
 
Qualified Vendors are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq.  The successful vendor shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
 
Sealed RFP responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place responses will be opened for:
 
 
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Tuesday, October 10, 2017, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. 
 
As a participating agency in the Morris County On-line Bid System, registered participants will receive electronic notification of future opportunities and any addenda issued for this contract.  The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
 
Respondents shall comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.)
