The New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund (NJMEL) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Technical Writing Services under a Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals (CCRFP). The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing, editing, and maintaining technical documents, reports, manuals, and communication materials that support NJMEL’s insurance, risk management, and governance programs. The scope includes developing professional content that ensures clarity, consistency, and compliance with statutory and regulatory standards across the Fund’s multiple Joint Insurance Funds.

This engagement requires exceptional writing skills, familiarity with New Jersey public sector operations, and the ability to translate complex insurance and regulatory concepts into accessible materials for member entities and stakeholders.
