25-16 - CCRFP FOR FUND TREASURER

The New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund (NJMEL) is soliciting proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountants or financial professionals to serve as Fund Treasurer under a Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals (CCRFP). The selected Treasurer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the Fund’s banking relationships, processing payments and receipts, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements governing joint insurance funds in New Jersey. The engagement requires expertise in public fund accounting, investment management, and fiscal controls consistent with the standards set forth by the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance and N.J.S.A. 40A:10-36 et seq.
