Description

NJEdge.Net, Inc. (“Edge”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective Video Captioning and Transcription Platform and Services (VCTPS) (the “Solution”). The purpose of this RFP is to procure a solution that ensures equitable access to educational content for all students, faculty, and staff across Edge’s member institutions, particularly those with hearing or visual impairments. The Solution must deliver high-accuracy, ADA-compliant captioning and transcription services for both live and pre-recorded content, supporting diverse academic environments and aligning with Edge’s commitment to accessibility, affordability, and innovation in higher education.

The successful bidder will be offered a master purchasing agreement by Edge.
