Description

EdgeMarket is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS). The service should be a cloud-based solution that integrates multiple and varied communication tools into a single, seamless platform. The service must enable Edge Members and Participants to streamline their operations by combining voice, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools into one unified system. The platform must be a fast-paced, multi-faceted digital environment, which is a reliable and scalable solution to support in-office work across multiple campuses in addition to remote work while enhancing collaboration and improving interaction with all stakeholders.
Successful bidders will be offered a master purchasing agreement and inclusion as an awarded vendor in the EdgeMarket Cooperative Pricing System marketplace. This is an omnibus procurement where there may be multiple awards.
