CSP - 22 - WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CARPENTRY BASED PROGRAM

The City, in partnership with the United States Department of Labor (USDOL), is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to provide employment and training skills to thirteen (13) Jersey City residents between the ages of 16-24 preparing them for skilled labor jobs within the workforce. The contractor will hire 3 instructors to interview and teach a curriculum in a classroom setting, 5 days a week (Monday – Friday) for a minimum of 4 hours daily.

NOTE: THIS PROCESS REQUIRES A PAPER-ONLY SUBMISSION WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES AND THE COMPLETION/INCLUSION OF ALL FORMS IN THE BID.

Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e).
