The City is requesting Proposals from qualified respondents for waste and recycling receptacles in public areas (“receptacles”), as more particularly described in the RFP. This contract will be awarded as a concession contract for “Sidewalk Waste and Recycling Receptacles” using competitive contracting pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq
NOTE: THIS PROCESS REQUIRES A PAPER-ONLY SUBMISSION WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES AND THE COMPLETION/INCLUSION OF ALL FORMS IN THE RFP.
Every proposal must include a guarantee, which can be provided as a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, totaling $5,000. Cash will not be accepted. This Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond serves as proof of good faith and guarantees that, upon being awarded the contract, the Selected Respondent will execute the Contract.
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE BID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY ADDENDA(S) THAT MAY OCCUR. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e).
