The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Demolish, removal and disposal of existing site improvements, as designated on the drawings, that include but are not necessarily limited to; clearing and grubbing, complete tree removal, excavation, bituminous pavement, fencing, concrete sidewalk concrete curb, concrete / masonry walls, concrete slab, concrete foundations.
2. Earthwork. Site excavation for improvements and grading.
3. New electrical service (IAW PSE&G) and electrical conduit for outlets and site lighting.
4. Installation of new concrete; curbing and flatwork including concrete slab and sidewalk surfaces, bituminous pavement and acrylic coated basketball and play areas as designated and specified.
5. Installation of new site furnishings (Recreational structures, safety surface, flagpole with light, basketball posts with backboard rims and nets, Benches, trash cans, etc.) as specified or as shown on the drawings.
6. Preparation and installation of specified landscaping items, including but not limited to: fencing, large caliper trees, tree guards, security pole as specified or as shown on the drawings.
7. Acquisition of all necessary permit(s) from various agencies having authority.
YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE BID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY ADDENDA(S) THAT MAY OCCUR. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e).
