Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Bids (RFB), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for renovations to the Entrance Bridge and the Checkpoint Ramp at the Westin Hotel, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Work includes but is not limited to the phased removal of flooring finishes, overlayment of existing concrete slab to remedy flooring imperfections, creation of a new ramp configuration with planters and railings, and installation of new flooring finishes.
