The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the minimum qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for the McNamara Parking Deck – Drains Restoration Project. The Project includes the repair and replacement of up to 300 floor drains, concrete full depth and partial depth replacement, and relocation of parked cars within the McNamara parking deck. This work will be phased to mitigate inconvenience to passengers within the deck. The McNamara Deck boasts being one of the largest three parking decks in North America hosting over 10,800 parking spaces. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
