Summary of Specifications:
Responses are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for professional management services to provide management, design and acoustical services for the Airport Authority’s Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP). The RSIP is a federally funded program, through the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), in which homes surrounding the Airport, which have been identified as eligible to participate, are "insulated" to reduce the level of noise transmitted to the interior of the home.
