Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for document management software, software maintenance, and related implementation and training services. The contract term for the purchase and implementation will be effective upon notice to proceed. The contract term for services such as the licensing agreement, technical and/or maintenance support services will commence after system acceptance and will be for three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options at the sole discretion of the Wayne County Airport Authority.
