SFQ-S12-154 Crane Inspections - Crane Inspections & Repair Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes for quarterly (4 per year) Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) compliant inspection services and as needed repairs of two 5-ton P&H bridge cranes and one 3-ton P&H overhead track crane. Services are for a period of 1 year with two (2) 1-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Authority. Quarterly inspections must be OSHA compliant and scheduled in advance with an authorized Airport Authority designee. Cranes are 40ft high and require a man lift to access, which will not be provided by the Airport Authority. Airfield access is not required. Repair services must be provided within 2 hours after requested by the Airport Authority. Insurance is required and will be collected prior to award, see item #22 listed on page 4 of this document for requirements. See document for additional information.
