Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes that will result in a purchase order (PO) for the purchase of cold patch for Detroit Metro Airport to be ordered as needed for for a 2-year term or as long as budgeted funds allow. The Airport Authority uses approximately 150 tons per year of UPM/CP-7 MDOT Cold Patch. The material is picked up in Airport Authority single and tandem axel dump trucks and loaded by the vendor. The Authority reserves the right to renew the resulting purchase order for one year under the same terms and conditions.
