Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is requesting quotes for Cold Patch Material per the State of Michigan Specification UPM/CP-7 MDOT to be ordered as-needed for a period of 3 years. The successful Respondent must have a distribution facility located within a 20-mile radius of Detroit Metro Airport (9000 Middlebelt Road, Romulus, MI) as determined by MapQuest. The Airport Authority uses approximately 150 tons of UPM/CP-7 MDOT Cold Patch per calendar year. The Cold Patch will be picked up in Airport Authority-owned single and tandem axel dump trucks loaded by the Contractor between the hours of 7:00 AM through 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
