The scope of work being requested for this RFP is outlined below for the UPS equipment listed in the price sheet.

Preventative maintenance work for each unit (see PM Scope of work for each UPS)
Emergency response and service work including parts (4 hour maximum response time) 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Including the following:

Labor mileage travel and shipping

All replacement parts needed for the repair work
24 hours a day, 7days a week, 365, days a year, live person phone call in center
For non-emergencies maximum response time 24 hours
Written emailed documentation of site visits, repairs and preventative maintenance work
