We invite you to bid on the renovation and repair of the Gazebo at Centennial Park in Oxford, MI. The project is located in Centennial Park in downtown Oxford, MI 48371. The project consists of the repair of the existing gazebo, including the replacement of railings and trim items, repair or replacement of the cupola, replacement of existing lighting and electrical outlets, inspection and required repair of electrical systems, cleaning and painting existing wood items, clean existing brick masonry, and the construction of a new ADA Ramp.

The Selection Process will be conducted as follows:
- June 16-30: Bidding Period
- June 30th: 10:00 AM deadline to submit sealed bids
- June 30th: Public Bid Opening at the Village of Oxford Offices, 22 W Burdick Street, Oxford, MI 48371, at 10:00 AM
- July 10th: Selection of General Contractor
- TBD: Start of Construction.
Sealed Bids must be submitted to the Village of Oxford, 22 W Burdick Street, Oxford, MI 48371, no later than 10:00 AM on June 30th. Bid opening to follow immediately after.
