Description

The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to:
• Install holiday lights and decorations (as provided by the DDA) on designated
trees, light poles, buildings, and other downtown fixtures.
• Test and ensure functionality of all lighting prior to official lighting event.
• Provide maintenance services during the display period (e.g., replacing bulbs,
repairing outages, addressing safety hazards).
• Remove and properly store lights and decorations at the conclusion of the
holiday season.
• Coordinate with the DDA to ensure all work complies with safety standards,
traffic control requirements, and MIOSHA regulations.
