Summary of Specifications:
The 2013 Pavement Rehabilitation Program has 2 divisions of work. One division includes miscellaneous HMA pavement section removal and replacements with base repair in various locations on Forest Drive. The other division includes parking lot improvements, including rehabilitation of the HMA pavement and minor drainage improvements, for the Franklin Public Library. Both divisions must be quoted in order for the total bid to be considered a responsive and valid bid.
