An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held in the parking lot of the Public Safety building, located at 18600
W. 13 Mile Rd., Beverly Hills, MI on August 20, 2025 at 9:00am. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site at
this day and time to collect measurements and verify field conditions. Should bidders wish to visit the site at
another day or time, they will need to contact the Public Safety office at (248) 540-3400 to coordinate their
visit at least 24 hours in advance.

Sealed proposals for the construction of the Public Safety Carport Awning Project will be received at the
Village Office, 18500 13 Mile Road, Beverly Hills, MI until 11:00am Local Time on September 16, 2025, at
which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract will consist of the following principal items of work and appurtenances as specified herein and
shown on the Contract Drawings.
