Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TYRONE TOWNSHIP BUILDING INSPECTION SCHEDULE OF FUTURE REPAIRS Tyrone Township, 10408 Center Rd., Fenton, MI is requesting RFP's for the township building to be inspected. The criteria are as follows: 1. Inspect entire building to include but not limited roof, walls, flooring, windows, plumbing (sewer and water), electrical, HVAC, concrete blocks, asphalt paving, and grounds. 2. Provide a list of items that need to be repaired. 3. Provide an estimated timetable and or life span for repairs and prioritize foreseen future repairs associated to assist in creating a future building repair plan. Bids will be accepted until November 2, 2015. Bidders must be a licensed inspector and must provide proof of insurance and/or workers comp. Bids may be mailed to township address or faxed to 810-629-0047.
