00281 - School of Medicine Classroom AV Upgrade

Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of Medicine is soliciting proposals from qualified audiovisual integration contractors to upgrade and modernize two lecture halls—Rooms 203 and 204—located in O’Dowd Hall, 486 Pioneer Drive, Rochester, Michigan. The intent of this project is to enhance instructional technology capabilities to align with current learning and conferencing needs, ensuring reliable integration with recording, streaming, and collaboration platforms such as Panopto and Zoom. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing installation, programming, and configuration services for both rooms, incorporating owner-furnished equipment, new components, and updated control and audio systems. This upgrade will support a flexible, high-quality audiovisual environment that facilitates medical education, guest lectures, and interactive learning sessions.
