00202 - Preferred Supplier(s) for Asbestos, Lead Paint, and Mold Abatement and Remediati

The work covered by the asbestos, lead paint, and mold remediation and abatement agreement includes supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance and the transportation and disposal of asbestos waste as necessary for the legal and safe remediation of friable and non-friable asbestos containing materials throughout the OU Campus and off-campus locations.  Asbestos Abatement work in Classes I through III may be completed as part of this blanket. Abatement and remediation of lead paint and mold may also be completed as part of this contract.   Multiple contractors may be chosen for different classes of work.
