00221 - MBH Roch Garden Reconstruction

Reconstruction of the existing Rock Wall Garden at Meadow Brook Hall Estate.

Project work scope notes:

1. Remove and store on site all the rock/stone materials.
2. Demo./removal all existing landscaping/plantings in the Rock Garden – refer to the attachment for Rock Wall Garden area.
3. Reset rock material to form new, secure wall pattern – pattern to be discussed & approved with MBH.
4. Confirm the existing irrigation system remains intact and operational upon completion – repair if necessary.
