RFP 26.0003 - RFP 26.0003 Municipal Advisory Services

This request for proposal (RFP) is for a qualified Municipal Advisor (MA) to represent and advise Oakland Schools Intermediate School District (“Oakland Schools”) on the marketing, issuance and delivery of its proposed 2026 Refunding Bonds (Limited Tax General Obligation)  (the “Bonds”) expected to be issued for the purpose of currently refunding all or a portion of its $30,695,000 2016 Refunding Bonds (Limited Tax General Obligation) (the “2016 Bonds”) and other related bond financing matters. The 2016 Bonds were issued to advance refund a portion of the Oakland School’s 2007 School Building and Site Bonds (General Obligation – Limited Tax).
