The Board of Education of Oakland Schools, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328 is accepting proposals for RFP #22-0014 Fully Insured Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage in accordance with the attached specifications. This is a three (3) year fixed Contract beginning on January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 with options to renew for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments, through December 31, 2027. Pricing proposed as part of the solicitation process would remain fixed and in effect for the duration of the agreement.
Each Bidder shall submit a complete Intent to Bid Form (see Appendix A: Intent to Bid Form) via email to purchasing@oakland.k12.mi.us no later than April 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. local time as established by the U.S. Atomic Digital clock (http://nist.time.gov). Once Oakland Schools receives your Intent to Bid Form, the data required for completing the RFP will be provided. Any proposal submission without a required Intent to Bid form will be disqualified.
