000346 - Waste Biosolid Land Application

Summary of Specifications:
Seeking interested vendors ablt to provide a complete management system (and back-up plan) for land application of all wastewater treatment biosolids produced at the Commerce Township Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Walled Lake-Novi WWTP. Interested Vendor must be qualified to perform all work in strict compliance with all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and MDEQ regulations as amended including Part 503 of Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations, MDEQ Part 24 Administrative Rules, and Part 31 of Public Act 451 of 1994 (Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act) and in accordance with the MDEQ approved Residuals Management Program (RMP) for the named facilities.
