Oakland County Purchasing is issuing an RFP for the appraisal of the property listed below. Interested vendors are to submit the cost of the appraisal and the information requested in the specifications below. Specifications: SUBJECT: 1.64-acre (+/-) parcel located at 1010 E West Maple Road, Walled Lake, Michigan. 48390. Parcel No. 17-34-277-044. Appraisal firms are invited to submit proposals for a complete self-contained appraisal of the above referenced property (see attached exhibit and/or parcel drawing). The appraisal shall be prepared by a certified general real estate appraiser in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
