Under the direction of authorized County staff, the successful bidder shall provide as-needed labor, technical support, and parts for Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley Industrial materials and devices.
The bidder will provide on-site and in-shop labor and technical support for all Rockwell Automation and Bradley Industrial Controls materials and device, including but not limited to: Variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft start, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), motor starters, combination starters, motor control centers, municipal or industrial controllers.
Bidder must be able to respond to WRC within 48 hours for emergency services.
All repairs must comply with Rockwell Automation standards and utilize genuine Rockwell Automation of Allen-Bradley parts. Any deviation must receive prior approval from the appropriate WRC staff. All repair work must be quoted and approved by WRC prior to commencement.
All parts supplied shall be new, of good quality, and suitable for their intended purpose. Shipping and freight charges are to be included in the bid purchase price. Items not listed in Attachment A shall be quoted at the time of order, with shipping/freight included.
The bidder shall also provide Rockwell Automation software licensing and technical support for WRC’s Programmable Logic Controllers. Supported software may include, but is not limited to, Enterprise Toolkit, Studio 5000 Pro TK 8X5 Support, RSLogix 500, FT Design Studio, Legacy Toolkit Software Legacy Toolkit Software Support.
