Summary of Specifications:
Interested vendors should review all the documents for proposal requirements. Documents are constructed so that vendor responses may be added to the forms provided. Once the vendor has completed the forms, save the forms to your computer and then uploaded to the MITN system. Some forms require a signature and will need to be printed, signed and scanned prior to uploading. If you have difficulty uploading your proposal, please contact the MITN Help Desk for assistance.
