Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Professional Service Contracts to provide Routine & Emergency Towing Services on behalf of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office in several Oakland County townships and city areas. Attached to this bid is a copy of a "boilerplate" contract that will be issued to awarded vendors. Attached to this contract are insurance requirements that are to be met by the awarded vendors. Awarded vendor must have Garage Keepers Liability insurance.
