Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County soliciting vendors to submit a proposal and pricing to support the Tandem equipment listed in Attachment C. Support should be for 24x7x365 critical support and off site monitoring of the Tandem hardware. Respondents submitting proposal should be stocked and prepared for hardware replacement on all of the hardware listed in Attachment C. The respondents submitting proposals should also include software support and time to respond on an as needed basis which can be hourly.
