000966 - Snow Removal Services

Summary of Specifications:
Provide snow plowing services for the West Oakland Office Building at 1010 E. Maple Walled Lake, MI 48390-3588 and the 52nd District Court, 1st Division 48150 Grand River Novi, MI 48374-1222 

Provide pricing "Per push” at each of the sites for 1.5” – 6” and 6” – 10” snowfall depths. Pushing and/or removal of snow in excess of 10” average depth will be negotiated on an hourly or by-the-job basis. Weekday work must be done between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m. 

Shoveling of pedestrian entryways, “fire doors,” and walks not accessible to plow vehicles is to be included in the per “push” unit price. In the event that the site does not provide adequate space to pile or push accumulations of snow, contractor may be requested to provide loading and trucking services.
