Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Department at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department is soliciting vendors for maintenance pricing on the following Scanner equipment. It is the county’s intent to issue a three year maintenance contract to the selected vendor starting 12/1/2011 and terminating 11/30/2014. The county is requesting that since the current maintenance is staggered that the coverage for each machine commence on the annual renewal date moving forward in a coterminous manner ending 11/30/2014.
