003109 - Scanner Maintenance RFP

Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Department at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department is soliciting vendors for maintenance pricing on the following Scanner equipment. The current scanner maintenance contract expires 11/30/2014. It is the county’s intent to issue a three year maintenance contract to the selected vendor starting 12/1/2014 and terminating 11/30/2017. Please review the standard maintenance contract which can be accessed by following the link contained in the solicitation document 003109 SOL which is part of the RFP. Please supply three references with name, contact, email and phone number where the vendor is maintaining similar or same equipment. Service will be on a five day nine hour (9X5) on site, same day or next day response.
