000457 - Residential and Detox Substance Abuse Treatment

Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE: 

To solicit proposals from prospective vendors who have the expertise, and are interested in providing alcohol and drug abuse residential and domiciliary intensive outpatient (DIOP) services to residents of Oakland County, under a Fixed Unit Rate contract with the Oakland County Health Division/Office of Substance Abuse Services (OCHD/OSAS). 

Services proposed could include, but are not limited to ambulatory and social detox, subacute detox, adolescent detox, short term and long term treatment, intensive outpatient with domicile and availability. Specialty programming for pregnant women and women with children, adolescents, individuals with co-occurring disorders, older adults, and relapse tracks or tracks for specific substances is desired.
