000573 - Receipt and Check Forms

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of the Oakland County Treasurer’s Office for a blanket contract for the item(s) listed below. Items will be “Store and Release” and ordered as specified below. 

This bid is for a 3 year blanket contract to commence on 12/01/08 through 11/30/11. Unit price must be specified per receipt and check form. Oakland County reserves the right to change form specifications, in the event computer application design/layout changes (i.e. legal-one part-z fold receipts). 

Vendor must store forms at their location, location must be secure and climate controlled, with on-site delivery of approximately 50,000 checks every 2 months and 50,000 receipts twice a year.
