Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from candidates who can provide Labor Relations consulting services to the County’s Human Resources Department.

The successful bidder(s) would provide consulting services for bargaining, grievance arbitration, Act 312 interest arbitration as well as unfair labor charges and other issues before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.

Interested candidates would need to be a member of the Michigan Bar with a minimum of 10 years experience in labor law.

Interested candidates are to submit one (1) original and three (3) copies for a total of FOUR (4) RFQ submissions. The County is requesting an electronic version of the entire RFQ submission included in the submission packet.
