Event # 001201 - RFP for Employee Health Care Administration

Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking proposals on a self funded and fully insured basis for the administration of the existing medical, HMO, dental, and vision benefit plans offered to actives and retired employees. In addition, proposals are also being requested for care / disease management program such as large case management, specialized disease management programs (diabetes, heart disease, etc), wellness, etc. The scope of the proposal is limited to the services, plan designs and coverages described in this RFP. The County will not entertain any alternative plan designs or administrative proposal for other coverage’s such as prescription drugs.
