Envelopes Estimated annual quantity 30,000; estimated release 10,000 – Stock: 24# Gilbert Neutech Ultra White; Ink: 2 colors - PMS #293 Blue and Black, the blue bleeds left, Precision register gold foil stamp. Ink is NOT to be lighter than the sample provided. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Envelopes must be printed per these specs. A proof must be provided to the Prosecutor's Office and approved before printing. To be boxed in quantities of 500. Envelopes to be "print-hold-release" as needed by Prosecutor's Office.
