Quantity 1,000 – Gilbert Neutech, bright white, PMS 287, 25% cotton, 24 lb., w/gold foil stamp/seal, blue ink. Ink is NOT to be lighter than the sample provided. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Envelopes must be printed per these specs. A proof must be provided to the Prosecutor's Office and approved before printing. Please box in quantities of 500.
