Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION 

Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Parks & Recreation for Plant materials as described below. Items will be delivered F.O.B Destination to the location listed on the purchase order. 



BACKGROUND 

Oakland County Parks & Recreation has approximately 2300 sq, ft. of greenhouse space to be used primarily for growing annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, both native and non-native plant material for the various parks throughout the county. The greenhouse operation will also be used for educational and recreational purposes. Normal hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

PRICING 

Parks & Recreation has identified the items below that will be purchased annually on a regular basis. The County may choose to negotiate a blanket contract with the successful bidder for these items in the future. These items would be priced firm for one year. 

Bidders are to provide their current product list and price list. 

Bidders are to provide guarantee or company policy for damaged goods.
