000570 - Pharmacy/Laboratory Refrigerators/Freezers

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting proposals on behalf of the Oakland County Health Division for a maintenance contract to supply all labor, materials, incidentals and means of work to provide pharmacy/laboratory refrigerators and/or freezers and annual preventive maintenance as outlined below. Bids must be received in the Purchasing Division Office no later than September 08, 2008 at 11:59 PM. NO LATE OR MIS-DELIVERED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

The Oakland County Health Division currently has a Victory model RS-1D-S7 pass-thru refrigerator and a Victory model RFS-2D-S7 dual temp refrigerator/freezer. The Health Department would like to replace the existing equipment with comparable equipment of equal or greater value. The proposed equipment MUST meet or exceed the specifications of the existing equipment and requirements listed below. The new equipment being considered is as follows: 

NEW EQUIPMENT • Quantity one (1) pass-thru double door refrigerator 

• Quantity one (1) dual temp refrigerator/freezer, OR • Quantity one (1) stand-alone freezer
