The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit professional firms (contractor) for detailed proposals to supply the expected services. A quality-based selection process will be used for evaluating proposals, whereby the Contractors will be rated based on their responses to the RFP by a Review Committee as one of the contractors most qualified to perform this work.
The selected contractor will provide pavement restoration services as directed by WRC. The expected work will include but may not be limited to concrete road or other existing concrete surface placement, asphalt road or other existing asphalt surface paving, concrete curb and gutter placement, additional saw cutting, removal and disposal of additional material, removal and disposal of temporary pavement, frame and cover adjustment of existing structures within restoration area, HMA milling, density testing, materials testing, mix design submittals to jurisdictional authority if required and greenbelt landscape restoration.
