Uniform Orders shall be for the balance of the 08 season and all of the 09 season. Pricing shall be valid to at least September 30, 2009. Orders for the 08 season will be minimal. 2. Occasionally orders must be expedited. Vendor must be close enough to delivery address to allow staff to be sized and to pick-up orders when necessary. If your business address is 20 miles or further from the delivery address, please note undere “Additional Information; Agency Comments” how expedited orders and customer service would be accomodated. 3. Order Fulfilment Awarded vendor shall observe the following conditions of the contract: • Orders (including special orders) must be filled and delivered in one week or less upon receipt of order. • All order must be labeled, organized/boxed according to individual divisions to eliminate the need for staff to label, organize/box orders after delivery. 4.
