Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Oakland County Parks and Recreations is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide fireworks displays for July 4th celebrations in at Addison Oaks Park and Groveland Oaks Parks as well as for the winter Fire and Ice Event held over one to two nights in Rochester, MI.
