Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester Hills District Courthouse Parking Lot has 150, unused spaces along the south side of its property (see attached plot plan). As such, the County would like to receive bids for the leasing / licensing of those spaces for vehicle storage by auto dealerships or similar organizations as a means of generating additional revenue. The attached plot plan was reviewed and approved by the City of Rochester Hills. The calculations for the minimum space requirements for the Courthouse comply with the zoning ordinances of the city.
